TWO-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

At Indian Cobbler Switzerland, each creation reflects careful craftsmanship and the use of high-quality materials. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.

If a significant manufacturing defect occurs within two years from the date of purchase, under normal conditions of use, we will provide a replacement product of equal value.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our service team at info@indiancobbler.com and include:

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photos showing the defect in detail

Each claim is carefully reviewed by our atelier team. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be arranged.

This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper handling, or exceptional external influences.

LIFETIME CARE & REPAIR SERVICE

Indian Cobbler Switzerland designs each product with durability and long-term use in mind.

To support product care and preservation, we offer a lifetime care and repair service. This service is provided subject to feasibility, material availability, and the condition of the product.

Our atelier supports repairs and restorations of hardware and craftsmanship-related elements as part of this service offering.

Natural signs of wear, such as patina, age-related changes, and marks developed through regular use, are considered part of the product’s character and are not defects. Professional restoration services are available upon request at reasonable conditions.
